Music

Every day we turn on the radio or watch television and we discover new music that we have never heard before. This shows that this art form, like many others is updating, changing and evolving. It makes it an adaptable form of entertainment, and as such it has survived for as long as humans have in many different incarnations.

Today we can hear music in varying formats, most commonly as recordings that are played through CD players and radio broadcasts. These recordings earn record companies enormous amounts in revenue and for some bands; they play the part of promoting the band and as a result creating for them a large fan base that will observe their live shows.

Of course, in the past, there was only a live show. These forms of music can take many forms, from rock concerts and festivals to orchestral performances. These all take place in very different atmospheres and conditions as well as various forms of venues.

This variety and adaptability makes music the popular art form that it is today. It is constantly evolving and changing, making it something that everyone can enjoy albeit in different forms.
